Recently, according to the requirements of the CCP Kaifu District Committee of Changsha City and the People's Government of Kaifu District, Changsha City, in the document "Notice on Printing and Distributing the 'Kaifu District Talent Development Work Plan for the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025)'" (Development [2021] No. 10), through processes including personal application, employer recommendation, qualification review, on-site inspection, expert evaluation, park (district-level) nomination, and joint departmental review, and approved by the Standing Committee meeting of the District Committee, Wen Xiangqian, General Manager of Hunan Changzhong Machinery Co., Ltd., was recognized as the "Kaifu District 2024 Industrial Leading Talent."
Wen Xiangqian has successively received honors such as Changsha City Modular Design Promotion Mentor, Changsha City Outstanding Technician, Changsha City Model Worker, the first Changsha "Outstanding Inventor," the highest Innovation Award in the Enterprise Group of the 3rd "Furong Cup" International Industrial Innovation Design Competition, and the first prize in the Kaifu District Staff Labor Skills and Technical Innovation Competition.
Technically trained Wen Xiangqian places great emphasis on enterprise product research and development and technological innovation. Leading the R&D team, he developed ultra-large non-standard product 3D large assembly design technology, which shortened the product design cycle by 50%, delivery cycle by 20%, improved production efficiency by 10%, and reduced product costs by 5%; the developed semi-portal scraper type material take-off machine has now achieved a production value of hundreds of millions; the developed KY-18 type safety protection equipment for railway crossing projects filled a gap in the related manufacturing field, reducing the duration of traffic interruptions caused by safety protection projects by 83%; he has successively led and jointly completed multiple major provincial and municipal science and technology projects, applied for 27 patents, and published 2 papers.
After more than 60 years of technology and talent accumulation, under Wen Xiangqian's leadership, Changzhong Machinery has established long-term industry-university-research strategic partnerships with key universities such as Northeastern University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Central South University, and Hunan University; formed a technology R&D system centered on bulk material handling equipment, metallurgical machinery equipment, environmental protection equipment, electrical automation control, wind power components, large non-standard equipment processing, parts and technical upgrade services; possesses a heavy non-standard equipment R&D team of more than 200 people composed of experts and senior and intermediate engineering technicians in machinery, electrical, hydraulic fields, and has applied for more than 150 patents; the company has successively won honors such as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Specialized and New "Little Giant" Enterprise, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Changsha Bulk Material Handling and Transportation Engineering Technology Research Center, and Changsha Innovative Unit.
