Warranty System
Since 2005, Hunan Changzhong Company has successively passed the ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 three-system certifications. The company has always adhered to the quality policy of "Quality First, Customer Supreme, Technological Innovation, Honesty and Compliance" in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system, continuously improving and enhancing the operation of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the management system standards.
1. Organization and Personnel Setup
An independent quality management organization is established, equipped with professional quality engineers, inspection engineers, and inspectors. Quality control points are set at various stages such as product receipt, production, and installation. The "self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection" system is implemented to conduct inspections throughout all processes, preventing non-conforming products from entering the next process, and comprehensive quality management is practiced within the company.
2. Operation Management of the System
In accordance with the requirements of the management system standards and combined with the company's business management model, the company compiles the "Quality Manual" and "Procedure Documents" to control procedures covering all aspects including design, marketing, procurement, production, and quality. The company organizes annual management reviews to evaluate the conformity, suitability, and effectiveness of the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems based on the system operation status and market competition environment, maintaining continuous improvement of the management system.
3. Supplier Management
The company has established a dedicated qualified supplier evaluation leadership team responsible for the qualification evaluation of suppliers of raw and auxiliary materials, supporting parts, and outsourced parts, as well as the annual review of qualified suppliers.

4. Adopted Standards
Referring to advanced domestic and international standards, the company formulates enterprise standards and internal control standards, striving to reach the quality level of similar international products.

5. Testing Equipment
To standardize the management of testing equipment, the company has established a dedicated metrology inspection station to ensure all testing equipment is controlled and all measurement data trace back to national standards. Currently, the company owns more than 600 testing devices (sets), sufficient to meet the needs of raw material inspection, production process control, quality inspection, and other aspects.
