Changzhong Machinery successfully hosted the 9th Third Council Meeting and 2024 Annual Member Conference of the Bulk Material Handling Machinery and Transport Vehicles Sub-Association

From November 21 to 23, the 9th Third Council Meeting and the 2024 Annual Member Conference of the Bulk Material Handling Machinery and Transport Vehicles Branch of the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association was held in Changsha, hosted by Hunan Changzhong Machinery Co., Ltd.
Yan Yong, Deputy Director of the Equipment Industry Division of the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology; Wang Jisheng, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association; Wen Xiangqian, General Manager of Hunan Changzhong Machinery Co., Ltd.; Sun Daqing, Chairman of the Bulk Material Handling Machinery and Transport Vehicles Branch; and other leaders attended. More than 100 enterprise representatives from member units across the country gathered to jointly discuss industry development trends and strengthen enterprise communication and cooperation.
Wen Xiangqian, General Manager of Hunan Changzhong Machinery Co., Ltd., first delivered a welcome speech. He stated that the development of Changzhong Machinery cannot be separated from the support and help of the association and peers. We look forward to in-depth discussions with industry colleagues on new trends, new technologies, and new demands in industry development, deepening exchanges and cooperation in technological innovation, market expansion, talent cultivation, and seeking breakthroughs and innovation paths to promote continuous industry advancement.
Yan Yong, Deputy Director of the Equipment Industry Division of the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, delivered a speech. He pointed out that the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology is currently thoroughly implementing the important speech spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Hunan, fulfilling the deployment requirements of the provincial party committee and government, and following the ideas of scientific and technological projectization, project achievement realization, product realization, and industrialization. They are accelerating the construction of a 4x4 modern industrial system and striving to build Hunan Province into a nationally important advanced manufacturing hub. They welcome outstanding enterprises to share Hunan's opportunities and work together to promote high-quality development.
According to the meeting agenda, Sun Daqing, Chairman of the Branch, read the 2024 annual report and work deployment of the branch; Vice Chairman Gao Yong released more than 20 national, industry, and group standard projects led by the branch; Wang Jisheng, Chairman and Secretary-General of the Association, gave a special presentation on "Analysis of the Development Situation of the Heavy Machinery Industry."
The conference presented a rich industry exchange feast for all participants through special reports, keynote speeches, and on-site inspections. Representatives from enterprises such as Dalian Heavy Industry, Shanghai Baoxin, Huawei, Shenzhen Deyimu, and Haiding Technology gave special reports on topics including "Application of Integrated Product Development (IPD) in Bulk Material Products," "Intelligent Bulk Material Handling and Tianxing PLC Technology Application," "Enterprise Digital Transformation," "Bucket Wheel Stacker-Reclaimer and Central Hopper EDEM Simulation Design," and "Research on Dynamic Belt Scale Technology in Special Equipment Fields." They shared and exchanged views with participants from multiple perspectives such as technology, market, innovation, and collaboration on the future development of the industry.
After the meeting, all participants went to Orange Isle to participate in the "Entering Changzhong" themed exchange activity. Wang Jisheng, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Association, visited Changzhong Machinery for observation and exchange, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's profile, technology research and development, market expansion, and product applications.
The conference concluded successfully. The successful holding of the meeting not only demonstrated Changzhong Machinery's influence and appeal within the industry and strengthened communication and cooperation among member enterprises but also effectively promoted information exchange and sharing, resource optimization, and technological collaborative innovation within the industry, providing new ideas and directions for the high-quality development of the industry.
