The full gantry scraper reclaimer adopts a side scraper method for layered material reclaiming, gradually removing the material pile formed by the stacker according to fixed-point stacking, completing the reclaiming operation. Based on the equipment's main structure, this machine can span over the material pile and scrape different varieties of raw materials. The reclaimer reciprocates on the track, scraping materials into the guide chute on one side of the equipment through the scraper reclaiming system, then the materials fall onto the discharge conveyor belt and are transported out by the conveyor.
Custom-tailored design using 3D modeling, with a maximum equipment capacity of up to 2500t/h and a maximum span of up to 60m.

In 1978, the company produced the first domestic medium-sized bucket wheel stacker reclaimer KDQ6025 for heavy material stacking and reclaiming. Over 40 years, more than 2,000 bucket wheel machines of various specifications and models have been produced, with a market share leading peers. In 2008, a large urban waste treatment system capable of processing 500 tons of domestic waste per day was developed and used in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. In 2018, in cooperation with Southwest Jiaotong University, the railway gantry-type KY-18 safety protection equipment was developed and produced, filling a gap in the international railway gantry engineering protection equipment field. In 2020, together with Northeastern University, the Northeast University Changzhong Intelligent Technology Industry Research Institute and Dongda Changzhong Intelligent Technology Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. were established to lay the foundation for the development of intelligent manufacturing technology and equipment industry.
