It uses chemically stable, high-temperature resistant solid particles (such as quartz sand) to form a filtering layer to filter dust. Its outstanding advantages are high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, insensitivity to flue gas components, high dust removal efficiency up to 99%, and the ability to remove dust particles larger than 10μm. In high-temperature dust removal, sticky or weakly sticky dust collection, and explosive and flammable dust collection, particle layer filtration dust removal shows unique superiority.
■ High efficiency. Dust removal efficiency of 99.99% or outlet dust concentration below 530mg/m3. PM2.5 removal rate of 99%.
■ High temperature resistance. The inner shell made of boiler steel can withstand 500°C; using heat-resistant steel can withstand 850°C.
■ Filtration pressure drop. Filtration pressure drop <1400-2000Pa.
■ High reliability. No moving parts, no fragile, easily broken, or easily blocked components like ceramic tubes, thus durable and easy to maintain.
■ Low investment and operating costs. No expensive components like ceramic tubes, nor large amounts of filter material circulation like moving beds, so investment, maintenance, and operating costs are lower than ceramic tube filters and moving bed filters.
■ Wide application range. It is a common core technology in the fields of chemical, metallurgy, materials, incineration, energy, and other industrial furnace gas purification and energy recovery, with a wide range of applications.
