Mixing Piling Reclaimer
The mixing stacker is suitable for pre-homogenization stacking operations in raw material yards. The large vehicle moves continuously according to a logical program, achieving a herringbone large stack. Control travel switches and limit travel switches are installed at both the start and end points of the material pile in the yard, allowing the continuously moving equipment to change walking direction at both ends of the pile by varying the start point and fixing the end point with a delay, achieving reciprocating material distribution. It is one of the main pieces of equipment in the raw material pre-homogenization yard. Together with the mixing reclaimer, ground belt conveyor, and batching system, it forms a complete raw material mixing and conveying system. Custom-made and designed in 3D, the equipment's maximum capacity can reach 10,000 t/h, with a maximum turning radius of 60 m.
