The LXP quantitative disc feeder is installed below the silo discharge outlet. Under the action of material gravity and the assistance of the vibrator, the material falls from the silo into the disc feeder's material sleeve. The disc feeder discharges the material and continuously and evenly conveys it to the next device. When it stops working, it can also act as a silo material lock. It is one of the key pieces of equipment in continuous production processes.
Main Components
Main Unit: includes disc, base, base frame, reducer, variable frequency motor, coupling, slewing bearing, small gear, etc.
Material Sleeve Device: includes material sleeve, sector door (adjusts the size of the discharge outlet), scraper group (transfers material to the next equipment), etc.
Sealing Cover Device: consists of protective cover, dust cover, material guide plate (corrects material flow direction), piping, lifting frame (for hoisting equipment), and other components.
Lubrication Device: includes a thin oil station for circulating cooling and lubrication of the reducer, and a piping lubrication device for lubricating the slewing gear, etc.
