Circular stockyard stacker and reclaimer
The circular stockyard stacker-reclaimer is a type of stacking and reclaiming equipment suitable for circular stockyards, composed of a stacker and a scraper reclaimer. It has been widely used in raw material stacking and reclaiming operations at major power plants, steel mills, ports, cement plants, and chemical plants. Custom-made and designed in 3D, the equipment's maximum capacity can reach 2500t/h, with a maximum track diameter of up to 120m.
The company owns hundreds of large-scale mechanical manufacturing equipment, including TK6926 large CNC floor boring machines, double-column boring machines, German gantry milling machines, large vertical lathes, automated production lines for shaft disc parts, and automatic welding production lines, making it one of the enterprises with strong machining capabilities in the industry. The main products include bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers, circular stockyard stacker-reclaimers, scraper reclaimers, cylindrical mixers, large urban waste treatment equipment, sewage treatment equipment, port equipment, and complete sets of power transmission and transformation equipment.
In 1978, the company produced the first domestic medium-sized bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer KDQ6025 for stacking and reclaiming heavy materials. Over 40 years, it has produced more than 2,000 bucket wheel machines of various specifications and models, ranking among the top in market share within the industry. In 2008, it developed a large urban waste treatment system capable of processing 500 tons of household waste per day, used in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2010 Shanghai Expo. In 2018, in cooperation with Southwest Jiaotong University, it developed and produced the KY-18 type railway overhead safety protection equipment, filling a gap in the international field of railway overhead engineering protection equipment. In 2020, it jointly established the Northeast University Changzhong Intelligent Technology Industry Research Institute and Dongda Changzhong Intelligent Technology Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. with Northeast University, laying the foundation for the development of intelligent manufacturing technology and equipment industry.
