The Supply Department of Hunan Changzhong Machinery Co., Ltd. accepts sealed bids from qualified domestic bidders/companies for the imported/domestic reducer project. Relevant matters are as follows:
1. Content and quantity of the bidding project.
1. Content and quantity of the bidding project: Binxin Project, Lianxin Project, Vietnam Hefar Project, Tianye Project.
2. Quantity: 16 bucket wheel mechanisms, 21 belt mechanisms, 203 traveling mechanisms, 19 slewing mechanisms, 6 scraper drive mechanisms, 6 hoisting mechanisms, 3 trolley drives.
3. Bidders must bid on all contents within the project; partial bidding on only some contents is not allowed.
2. Supplier qualification requirements:
1. Bid application letter, contact person and contact information during the bidding period (at least including mobile phone, landline, fax, and email).
2. Power of attorney from the legal representative, and a valid business license copy.
3. Bidders/companies must have a complete quality assurance system and corresponding quality certification.
4. Bidders/companies must have good bank credit and business reputation, not be under ordered suspension or bankruptcy, and assets must not be reorganized, taken over, or frozen.
5. Company performance and list of cooperating suppliers in the past 3 years.
3. Time and place for obtaining bidding documents:
1. Time to obtain bidding documents: December 6, 2017 to December 12, 2017, every morning from 8:30 to 11:30, afternoon from 2:00 to 5:00 (excluding holidays).
2. Place to obtain bidding documents: Changzhong Machinery Supply Department, No. 112, Section 1, Xiangjiang North Road, Kaifu District, Changsha City.
3. Registration submission materials: unit introduction letter, power of attorney from the legal person, ID card of the legal person or agent, copy of the business license (with official seal).
4. Bid submission deadline, bid opening time and place:
