To further strengthen the construction of the Party organization and fully play the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress, in accordance with the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China", the "Regulations on the Election Work of Grassroots Organizations of the Communist Party of China" and other relevant provisions, 8 Month 2nd, CPC Hunan Changzhong Machinery Co., Ltd. held the Second Session of the Second Party Members' Congress and the Committee Supplementary Election Meeting.
The meeting was solemnly opened with the national anthem, At the meeting, the election method was reviewed and approved, and the scrutineers and vote counters were recommended and approved. Based on the principles of fairness, justice, and openness, the meeting conducted a competitive election by secret ballot, and finally elected Comrade Wen Xiangqian as a member of the Party Committee. Subsequently, the Second Session of the Second Party Committee's second meeting was held, during which Comrade Wen Xiangqian was elected as Party Secretary, Yi Lianghui was elected as Deputy Party Secretary.
The newly elected Party Secretary Comrade Wen Xiangqian made a statement on behalf of the new leadership team: First, unswervingly uphold and strengthen the Party's overall leadership; second, continuously promote the high-quality development of the enterprise; third, vigorously promote the pragmatic, pioneering, and innovative work style. In the future, we will further strengthen Changzhong's Party building work, correctly guide all Party members to fully play the vanguard and exemplary role of Communist Party members, strengthen learning, strictly discipline oneself, focus on positions, innovate and strive for excellence, and make every effort to write a new chapter in the company's high-quality development.
