Changzhong Machinery holds a "May Day" tug-of-war competition

To celebrate the "May Day" International Labor Day, enrich corporate cultural life, and inspire employees to strive bravely and compete for excellence, efforts were made to create a positive, healthy, and civilized atmosphere. On the afternoon of May 6, the company's Party Committee and labor union jointly held a tug-of-war competition to celebrate "May Day."

 

The competition was organized by departments and work sections, following an elimination format, with a total of 14 participating teams. On the field, each team fully demonstrated the spirit of unity and cooperation; team members coordinated tacitly and helped each other. The atmosphere was both intense and lively, yet relaxed and joyful, with cheers, laughter, and applause rising one after another. After two hours of fierce competition, the Production Department's Structural Section, the General Department, and the Technical Center won first, second, and third prizes respectively. Deputy Party Secretary Yan Yuming presented the medals and prize money on site.

 

This tug-of-war competition not only enhanced employee cohesion and centripetal force, enriched employees' cultural life outside work, and increased the festive atmosphere, but also served as an event to compare thoughts, styles, fighting spirit, and morale. It further promoted the excellent style of unity, cooperation, hard work, and progress of Changzhong Machinery, receiving unanimous praise from the majority of employees.
