1 Month 12 On the day, the Changzhong Machinery Bucket Wheel Stacker-Reclaimer Intelligent System - Chonggang Project Achievement Review and Acceptance Meeting was grandly held at Chongqing Iron & Steel. Changzhong Machinery Chairman and General Manager Fang Desong, Deputy General Manager Yan Yuming, Chongqing Iron & Steel Logistics and Transportation Department Minister Wang Lin, Minister Li Dong, as well as experts and leaders including Professor Hu Qinghe from Northeastern University and Xu Xiaoming from Northeastern University Wuxi Research Institute, and related project team members attended the meeting.
Acceptance Meeting On, The main project team members Han Haitao and Leng Xuefeng reported on the project research and development and experimental situation respectively and conducted a real-time live demonstration in the central control room. This project was 2021 launched at the beginning of the year. It uses advanced technologies such as precise positioning measurement, laser scanning, 3D modeling, and digital twin to achieve remote one-click fully automatic operation of the equipment. It can complete automatic addressing, automatic positioning, and automatic stacking and reclaiming operations, effectively solving problems such as low efficiency during stacking and reclaiming, high labor intensity, high cost and energy consumption, and low safety factors. At the same time, a panoramic anti-collision safety protection strategy was added to the equipment to ensure the simultaneous, safe, and reliable operation of multiple devices.
Minister Wang Lin pointed out that due to the complex yard environment, variety of materials, and diverse operating conditions, the project experimental work was difficult. However, both parties actively cooperated and overcame difficulties one by one through repeated experiments. He fully affirmed and highly praised the project completion and experimental results, and commended the project team members for their tenacity in facing difficulties and overcoming challenges.
