On the morning of February 25, Yang Zhi, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Changsha Jinxia Economic Development Zone and Deputy Chain Manager of the District Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Chain Office, led a team to our company to conduct a special investigation on the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry. Chairman and general manager Fang Desong, deputy general manager Yan Yuming, production director Ge Zhiqiang, and financial director Wang Zihao accompanied the investigation.
Deputy Director Yang and his entourage visited the production workshop, carefully understood the production process of our company, watched the remote monitoring platform, and inquired about the overall progress of technological innovation and intelligent manufacturing, the current problems and the next step.
As a project-approved enterprise of Changsha Bulk Material Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Innovation Center, Changzhong Machinery takes intelligent manufacturing as an important starting point to cooperate deeply with Northeastern University, and continues to make efforts in product research and development, achievement transformation, and intelligent manufacturing capability and level improvement.
In terms of intelligent manufacturing, Changzhong Machinery is making every effort to promote the construction of automatic processing lines for shaft parts, and the construction of projects such as automatic production and transformation of structural parts of bucket wheels and mixers. At present, vertical machining centers, horizontal CNC lathes, and plasma CNC blanking equipment have been put into use. The use of CNC machine tools instead of ordinary lathes improves the dimensional accuracy and work efficiency of products and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
The two sides also had in-depth exchanges on other issues.
