He is Hu Qingquan, Deputy Director of the Technical Department at Changzhong Machinery.
Over the years, with a sense of responsibility rooted in dedication and a diligent, eager-to-learn attitude, he has repeatedly won the company's honors of "Model Worker" and "Advanced Worker." In 2020, he participated as a main creator in the automated yard intelligent stacking and reclaiming operation system equipment project, which won the third prize in science and technology awarded by the Hunan Circular Economy Research Association.

Hu Qingquan graduated in 2002 from Changsha University of Science and Technology, majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing Process and Equipment. After graduation, he joined Changzhong as a process designer. When he first arrived, he had only a partial understanding of product design knowledge, so he made full use of his spare time to study product design and related knowledge, laying a solid foundation for his technical work and future development. Due to his humility, eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and hard work, Hu Qingquan quickly became a backbone of the department. Over 18 years, from the initial process designer to now Deputy Director of the Technical Department, he has been diligent in every position. He always says: "We technical people must live and learn throughout our lives." Broad in knowledge and deep in expertise, Hu Qingquan embodies this spirit, making diligent study and investigation his lifestyle and life habit.

He actively participates in various technical transformation projects, combining theory with practice to contribute ideas and plans for technical improvements. He is a person of few words; if one sentence could describe his personality, it would be "taciturn in speech but quick in action." He rarely speaks at length or endlessly in meetings or in front of others. Whether assigning work or exchanging ideas, he is concise and hands-on.
As a manager, he leads by example, often sacrificing rest time, working overtime to meet deadlines, and leading the team to design more than 20 products annually. In 2009, for the Hengyang Southern Cement YDQ600/1000.φ95 circular stacking and reclaiming machine equipment and Guangdong Zhaoqing Power Plant YDQ600/1200.φ110 circular stacking and reclaiming machine projects, he led the team on no fewer than 10 inspections and studies. After more than 30 scheme improvements and calculations and analyses, the product design work was completed. To expand overseas markets and gain customer recognition, he traveled to India, Bangladesh, and other countries more than 20 times to communicate with clients, signing contracts for a total of about 200 million yuan for 10 products including the North Carolina project, pushing the products into the international market.
Achievements are now in the past. Facing rapid technological changes and a severe market situation, Hu Qingquan deeply understands that only by continuously learning can he keep pace with knowledge updates; only by continuous innovation and developing new processes and technologies can he meet the needs of industry development!
