On the afternoon of July 23, Wang Donghua, Deputy Director of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce, led a team, accompanied by the head of the Service Trade Division of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce, to visit and investigate Changzhong Machinery.
