On February 2, 2019, the 2018 Annual Summary Commendation and 2019 Work Conference of Hunan Changzhong Machinery Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the multifunctional conference room on the third floor of the company's administrative building. The meeting summarized the company's work over the past year and commended a group of outstanding advanced collectives and individuals. More than 83 people attended the meeting, including group leaders, representatives of advanced individuals and collectives, model workers, party branch secretaries, chairpersons of various trade unions, secretaries of the Youth League Committee, and management cadres above the unit supervisors. 
At the meeting, the company's Chairman and General Manager Luo Xiangyang warmly congratulated the awarded collectives and individuals and reported on the company's achievements in 2018 and the work deployment for 2019. The report mentioned that in 2018, Changzhong Company firmly grasped the main line of "seizing the market, focusing on performance, improving efficiency, and reducing costs." Various marketing sectors flourished, with the sales department securing the highest single contract in the history of Xinyu Steel at 80 million; the General Business Department exceeded the company's performance targets, while the parts business extended overseas starting from Vietnam, breaking through international development; the Environmental Protection Company successfully obtained qualifications for environmental design, engineering contracting, and municipal engineering, achieving independent operation; the International Business Department secured a Bangladesh project worth over 70 million. The company's various lines achieved breakthrough development. Alongside performance achievements, the company also made good progress in product innovation, quality management, system management, and publicity work. The report clarified the main work ideas for 2019: first, adhere to the annual main line of "centered on efficiency, optimizing costs, and optimizing the market," unswervingly improving corporate profits, controlling costs well, and integrating advantageous markets; second, focus on breakthroughs in the "intelligent" and "international" strategies to quickly capture emerging and international markets. 
Group President Zhang Ye affirmed and congratulated Changzhong Company on its achievements in 2018, and at the same time put forward requirements on behalf of the board for Changzhong Company's 2019 work. First, everyone is required to carry out work around the company's main work idea for 2019: "centered on efficiency, optimizing costs, and optimizing the market." Second, all management cadres must have a sense of responsibility and mission, effectively improve execution and work efficiency, and enhance team combat effectiveness; third, improve contract quality, strengthen cost control, and ensure the company's profitability; finally, Changzhong Company must unite as one and spare no effort to complete all economic indicators of the company in 2019.
